Our camp registration is now open! Join us for a potluck picnic and register! When : Sunday, June 12, 2016 12:00pm-4:00pm Where: Randall Oaks Park 1180 West Randall Road West Dundee, IL 60118 It's a multicultural camp! Everyone is welcome to join our camp! It's not just for the Lao people. :) We will be learning about the many cultures from the people who live in our community. 2016 Bikes4Kids Campaign - Little Rock, AR
The Derek Lewis Foundation continues to combat childhood obesity in the state of Arkansas by promoting execercise and healthy eating for school aged children. Increasing physical activity helps school age children to live a healthy lifestyle. Bike4kids is an annual event that helps school age children get their first bike to get them started on a postive path. During this camp, athletes will focus on and learn the importance of injury prevention based land training, sport-specific muscle strengthening, and translation of these elements into the water. They will learn the technical warm-up Stanford Synchro athletes use to train, and a short Stanford Synchro routine to perform at the end of camp.
