Montessori Atrium Parent Toddler Group 18-36 Months The parent-toddler group meets once a week in the All Saints Montessori Toddler Atrium environment. Children accepted into the program are ages 18-36 months and must be accompanied by parent. Children need not be potty trained to be accepted into our program. Children explore activities of Practical Life, Sensorial and Language materials along with seasonal presentations of the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd with the aid of a Montessori atrium guide. Parents observe and learn together with their children gaining insights into supporting their childs growth and development, nurturing the whole child. A Montessori book group, parenting support and exploration of creating a Montessori space in the home as an aid to the child are discussed. There are no refunds once the program begins. Are you interested in becoming a healthcare professional, doctor, nurse, etc.? Then this camp is for YOU! You will learn skills professionals use every day in the hospital. Campers will have hands-on learning experiences working as healthcare providers. Activities will include learning how to take blood pressures, apply personal protective equipment, listen to heart and lung sounds, give injections, start IVs, suture wounds, participate in a simulation scenario and much more.
