Youth Advanced Academy Female - University of Tulsa
This is an intensive customized program for competitive girls 13 and younger. Instruction will focus on performing techniques with less time and space, and making tactical decisions at a higher speed. Each day, players receive top flight instruction from the nationally ranked and recognized University of Tulsa Mens and Womens Coaches as well as other top Collegiate, Club and High School coaches and players. Registration will be Sunday from 1-3 and pick up will be Thursday at 11:30 am. Fun with Science - Foothills Montessori School
Science and fun go together in this weeklong exploration of principles like, gravity, astronomy, robotics, magnetics and stretchy rubber materials. We will be working with rubber bands and finding the limits of their stretch, doing marble painting, testing materials for the sink and float properties and building your own robot using Legos. Yick Yack Yuck - EcoAdventures
Yick, Yack, Yuck July 5th-8th 9am – 4pm (Ages 5 – 11) Monday – Friday Its the study of everything gross in this camp, as kids jump into the world of disgusting (I know…you say they are already there…)!! Its all things gooey, slimy, slippery…funky, ugly, and foul!!! All of the gross stuff that kids just LOVE! Kids will get down and dirty with lots of hands-on activities, and in this special edition of Grossology. For this camp kids will be rolling up their sleeves and getting elbow deep in the ultimate Yuck and Muck!! Campers will dissect owl pellets (dried up wads of owl vomit that the birds yack up periodically) looking for all the bits and bobs of what the owls have been eating. So, for those brave enough to pick through them, there are treasures to be found! Get the scoop about animal poop and even make edible poo (ewwww GROSS), and if that doesnt do it for you then its slime time with edible glow in the dark slime.
