Our experience with Camp Twin Creeks in Marlinton was awesome. When we got there to drop off the kids, we realized that the staff was so diverse in their nationalities that my kids would feel so welcome and fit right in. The staff seemed to be having as good of a time as the kids and my kids walked away with many new friendships. They are already talking about next summer and seeing their friends again. Chef Travis Levi (a survivor himself) will be leading the teens through everything from the importance of kitchen etiquette to making healthy choices. There are few things more pleasurable about fall than giving in to every whim to bake and cook. Who: Any young adult between the ages of 13-18yrs who has been diagnosed with cancer. Channel your inner Maverick and hop into your Mach 1. Day camp is about to take flight! Learn about what makes airplanes and helicopters fly through the air, just like the Wright brothers. With an opportunity to go indoor skydiving (register for this limited option during registration), this is going to be a flight you wont want to miss! Adventure Day Options (please choose ONE option on the next page if you are signed up for the full week or if you have picked Wednesday as a drop-in day. River Runners Reunion Camp - Black Hill Visitor Center
This camp was created especially for paddlers who have completed our River Adventures Kayak Camp, or have strong river-running skills. Join us for five full days of exploring new waterways and wildlife-watching from a kayak! Well supply all the equipment you need (kayaks, PFDs, and paddles), just bring your lunch and your sense of adventure. On Friday, why not invite your parents to come along for the day? Itll give you a chance to show off and leave them in your wake. Campers must be able to swim and tread water for one minute. Boys Day Camp - Weisfeld Family Golf Center
The Michigan Golf program offers outstanding instructional opportunities for golfers entering grades 6 through 12 who are interested in improving their game at the University of Michigan. The coaches of the Michigan Golf Team will teach the fundamentals of short game, give person full-swing instruction, and address on-course strategies. Students will participate in skill contests and have the opportunity to learn on course strategies at our on- site, Alister Mackenzie golf course.
