This option is for rising Kindergarten through 4th graders and is geared toward beginner and intermediate players who want to develop their lacrosse skills in a fun and relaxed camp setting. A JBRC Camp Counselor-In-Training must be a Christian; pleasant toward campers, counselors, and fellow workers. Must be willing to work hard and go the extra mile. Must have a servants heart!. A CIT will be assigned to a JBRC Staffer and will undergird her work. She will not be allowed to have the full responsibility of the cabin, but will observe, learn and help keep the cabin running smoothly.
