LATEST CAMPS NEWS: Advanced Computer Camp - Pi Edition - Transylvania University
Experienced computer students are given the opportunity to work on advanced projects. This camps theme will involve the Raspberry Pi computers as a low-cost experimenters platform. Morning and afternoon programming sessions will begin with a short lecture, then you will be allowed to address several challenges in response to the topic covered in the lecture. Learn at your own pace, but instructors will be available to help if you have questions or problems. Evening sessions are reserved for independent work and network gaming. During camp, participants will live in a Transylvania residence hall and eat three meals a day in the dining hall, beginning with breakfast on Monday. Campers can also use Transys library, computer laboratory, and recreational facilities. Internet service will not be available in the dorm rooms. Campers must have attended a previous Transylvania computer camp or taken some programming classes at your high school. If you do not have this background, please consider registering for our Introduction to Computer Programming Camp, scheduled for June 12-17. Enrollment is limited to 35 campers. The application deadline is May 1 and confirmations will be sent by May 15. If you are not selected for camp, your camp fee will be refunded. 859-233-8300

Outdoor Youth Day is February 4,2017 at the Everglades Youth Camp 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. This will be the Florida Sportsmens Conservation Association 14th Annual Outdoor Youth Day Event and It’s FSCA bigiest day of the year. This event has buggy rides, airboat rides, pony rides, and canoeing, archery, gun range instruction, fishing and wildlife shows to reach kids of all ages and show them the benefits of being outdoors instead of in front of a TV. Free Teen Class at Nyack Boot Camp - Nyack, NY
Get your teenager off the Xbox and and into our gym for a free workout! It is a great chance to check us out with this free workout. Our workouts are never boring, always changing and challenging and most of all fun. This full-body, full range of motion training is perfect for teens who want to get fit. This class is all about exploring the art of textiles, from felting to weaving to mixed-media projects. Choose your colors, create a pattern and construct felted fabric from wool roving, then turn it into an impressive bag to hold your treasures. #SforSCamp (Ages 13-18) - Kent Meridian High School
This is Washingtons premier Football Skills Camp --Check in 8:00 am Last year we had OVER 300 registered campers from Seattle, Oregon, and California! We brought in NFL Pros from the Saints, Seahawks, Steelers, Jaguars, Buccaneers, Eagles, and More to coach the campers. 7 on 7s, 1 on 1s, Position Specific Drills, and more. Parents and families are welcome, but not required to stay and watch their child perform. There will be competitions and entertainment available if you choose to stay. Youth Day Camp - Princeton Stadium
The Princeton University Football Camp specializes in teaching non-contact skills to youths, entering grades 1-9. Training is age appropriate and station based, allowing both beginner and advanced players to participate. Illinois FC Soccer Camp (Ages: 7-12) - Jones Park
Camp will focus on technical and tactical development of each player including dribbling, passing & receiving, finishing, and defending. Coaches will use individual and small group activities, small-sided games, and world-cup style tournaments throughout the week to help each player enhance their skills. Players will be grouped by age and skill and will learn from experienced, licensed Illinois FC staff coaches. All players receive a free Illinois FC T-shirt.
