Design, make and wear your own fashion gear. This class will involve hand sewing, painting on fabric, jewelry design, fashion illustration, knitting, and learning to do fashion hairstyles. Your teacher, a fashion designer, will inspire you to try new things and express your personal style! Instructor: Britt Rynearson has been teaching art and design for 14 years and has worked extensively with students ages 3 to 18. She sold her own line of jewelry when she was 11 at local farmers markets! In the last few years Britt has taught for Cornish College of the Arts, Pratt Fine Arts Center, Gage Academy, Coyote Central, Centrum, and the Northwest School. D&D Summer Band Camp - Tucson, AZ
It's time again for the D&D Summer Camp! This year we have a half day and a full day option. Each student will learn some basics of drum set, guitar, bass guitar, piano, vocals and more/ or further the skills they already have. Campers will get to form small groups and learn songs and perform them on video and on our Rock Star stage in a student battle of the bands. We will have a guest band performance, plus lunch and snacks are provided each day with a pizza party on the final day. The full day starts off with the same great experiences in the morning, but in the afternoon students will get an in-depth look at the ins and outs of a recording studio.
