Mondays, 3/7, 3/14, 3/21, 3/28 and Wednesdays 3/16, 3/23 and 3/30 In this class, the student will be introduced to the craniosacral system of the human body, comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. The emphasis in Craniosacral Therapy is to help resolve the trapped forces that underlie and govern patterns of disease in both body and mind. This involves the practitioner "listening through the hands" to the bodys subtle craniosacral rhythms to detect patterns of inertia or congestion. With this light touch modality – generally using only 5 – 6 grams of pressure – the practitioner can evaluate and treat restrictions in the craniosacral system offering relief to the client who suffers from migraines, autism, central nervous system disorders, chronic neck and back pain, stress, fibromyalgia and so much more. The deadline for registering is Friday March 4, at 5:00 p.m. CST. Cancellations made after this date/time will not receive a refund. Boot camp Specifics: Advanced horsemanship with an emphasis in ground skills training, barrels, poles, jumping, trails, and obstacle competitions. Camp Details: Campers will learn about our everyday ranch life, experiencing what it's like to care for and tend to horses on a daily basis. They will work with our herd every day. Horseback Riding is a huge part of every day's activities. Campers learn Western and Huntseat Disciplines as well as horse health/hoof care, tack care & equine science.
