Oasis in the Mountains: ADOPTED Students (Grades 7-12) are invited to join us for our annual Summer Camp from Jully 22-25. DISCOVERY CAMP began in 1989 as an age appropriate summer camp program for both children and teenagers. It has become the largest full-gospel camp in America reaching over 20,000 each summer. Cost: $130 (plus money for snacks or souvenirs) Contact: Pastor Tiffany 281.354.7200 Pastors Tommy and Rachel Burchfield have dedicated over twenty-five years to building the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ. Their home and ministry headquarters is Country Camp in Columbus, Texas where gathering churches, loving pastors and networking leaders have earned them international respect. Their children, Andrew, Peter, and Abby are also involved in ministry. Discovery Camp's resides on a a 1,088-acre Christian retreat center and ministry headquarters located in Columbus, Texas. The campus includes housing for 1100 campers, full recreational facilities and summer resident quarters for over 200 staff employees, interns, and ministry families. Three waterslides, go-carts, horses and age appropriate activities will remind your group just how much fun it is to be a Christian. With over 200 staff and interns, our wonderful DC team love the campers and are committed to a safe and fun summer.

HalfTimers - Start to Finish Soccer Camp - The Prairie School
Start to Finish Soccer Camp has a long-term mission for youth soccer players to find enjoyment and success in soccer, both at the same time. No matter what the age or experience level you may be, Start to Finish has something for you. This three-stage program is divided by age and/or ability to provide a challenging, yet fun environment to find soccer success. Start to Finish has a well-balanced curriculum that emphasizes individual technique, which is the building block of high-level soccer. Players receive technical repetition in highly active and enjoyable activities. Players also learn from an energetic, enthusiastic, and involved staff that have a passion to teach soccer to young developing players. Our goal is to get youth soccer players to love soccer outside the parameters of organized camps, leagues, and practices. -- Students need to bring the following daily: soccer shoes for wet/dry surfaces, shin guards, soccer ball (labeled with name), sun block, water bottle, and wear clothes appropriate for the weather. -- Location: Ruud Soccer Stadium -- Instructors: Start to Finish staff, led by Prairies Varsity Soccer Coach Corey Oakland (262)752-2680

Instructor: Village Center for the Arts () Room: A-2 Learn to draw all your favorite characters from a galaxy far, far away. Create your own Darth Vader, Boba Fett, Yoda and more, even X-Wings and Tie Fighters! Each class focuses on one or two characters, starting with basic shapes and stick figures, and working our way up to a complete, colored drawing each week.
