Week #2: July 4-8: Solar Science: Fun in the Sun (4 Day Option Avail) Scientists in this spectacular solar science camp (say THAT three times fast..) learn all about what happens to electrons on the sun by working with electrifying plasma globes, harness the suns energy using solar panels and make 10 foot solar tubes fly through the air. Well study ultraviolet light, make amazing solar art, learn all about constellations and see how well sunscreen really works. Well make the most of our summer sun this year for sure! Teen Power Camp Begins Tuesday, 1 December! :) - Apollo Beach, FL
It's here! The Fall edition of our Teen Power Camp provides a fundamental fitness foundation for any high school student, scaled to anyone from first timers just trying to get into shape to high school athletes looking for structured off-season training or additional in-season work. The Teen Power Program will introduce athletes to bodyweight exercises, gymnastics, powerlifting and basic olympic weightlifting, all while under the close supervision of a certified CrossFit instructor. Our goal is to teach local Teens how to safely and efficiently move their body and external objects (bars, kettlebells, medicine balls, etc) through space, dramatically improving body composition and improving athletic ability in anyone. Our program is designed to increase stamina, strength, power, endurance, coordination, balance, accuracy and flexibility in any person, all while in a team environment filled with positive people. Every workout is scaled to ANY teens capacity. Teens must be at least 13 years of age and emotionally mature. Cost is $119 per month for children of Apogee members and $139 for children of non-Apogee members Class runs 330-430pm every Tuesday and Thursday. Interested? Patriot Football Starts Here! Our 2016 Youth Football Camp for incoming 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th graders will be held on July 25-26, 6:00pm - 8:00pm CST. Camp Fee is $30 - Must have order form and payment by July 18th to guarantee a shirt. Campers will be taught basic football fundamentals and agility drills. Each night will end with a "Fun Ball" game.

Teens need something to do over summer break? This is the perfect chance for them to try something new and have fun! They will learn all the Circus Apparatuses including Trapeze, Silks, Hoop and Hammock in a fun, safe environment. Journaling, snacks and creative games will also be part of their camp experience. We realize this is a busy time of year. Let us take your kids for an afternoon so you can do your shopping, wrapping or anything that needs to get done without little eyes snooping or peeking in on you. This is what we have planned: ~ Kids Ecstatic Facilitated Dance Party ~ Yoga Pose Practice ~ Crafts ~ Yoga GAMES! :D Children must bring: ~ Sacked lunch ~ Empty, clear plastic bottle or mason jar (for the craft) - or send them a drink for lunch in a plastic bottle and we'll just use that. ;) Ages: 5-12 Cost: ~ $99 for the day ~ Additional siblings = $79 ~ We have an additional day camp scheduled for 12/29th. Develop your riding skills and learn how to care for horses, including grooming, haltering and feeding them. Youll be grouped by skill level, with lessons tailored for your group.
