Week #2: July 4-8: Solar Science: Fun in the Sun (4 Day Option Avail) Scientists in this spectacular solar science camp (say THAT three times fast..) learn all about what happens to electrons on the sun by working with electrifying plasma globes, harness the suns energy using solar panels and make 10 foot solar tubes fly through the air. Well study ultraviolet light, make amazing solar art, learn all about constellations and see how well sunscreen really works. Well make the most of our summer sun this year for sure! Teen Power Camp Begins Tuesday, 1 December! :) - Apollo Beach, FL
It's here! The Fall edition of our Teen Power Camp provides a fundamental fitness foundation for any high school student, scaled to anyone from first timers just trying to get into shape to high school athletes looking for structured off-season training or additional in-season work. The Teen Power Program will introduce athletes to bodyweight exercises, gymnastics, powerlifting and basic olympic weightlifting, all while under the close supervision of a certified CrossFit instructor. Our goal is to teach local Teens how to safely and efficiently move their body and external objects (bars, kettlebells, medicine balls, etc) through space, dramatically improving body composition and improving athletic ability in anyone. Our program is designed to increase stamina, strength, power, endurance, coordination, balance, accuracy and flexibility in any person, all while in a team environment filled with positive people. Every workout is scaled to ANY teens capacity. Teens must be at least 13 years of age and emotionally mature. Cost is $119 per month for children of Apogee members and $139 for children of non-Apogee members Class runs 330-430pm every Tuesday and Thursday. Interested? 2016 Patriot Youth Football Camp - Lincoln City, IN
Patriot Football Starts Here! Our 2016 Youth Football Camp for incoming 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th graders will be held on July 25-26, 6:00pm - 8:00pm CST. Camp Fee is $30 - Must have order form and payment by July 18th to guarantee a shirt. Continue to develop your leadership skills, spending half your time working directly with campers. Youll plan and lead some programs of your own design as you help make the camp magic happen. Develop your riding skills and learn how to care for horses, including grooming, haltering and feeding them. Youll be grouped by skill level, with lessons tailored for your group.
