This was the first summer my boy went to Camp Skyline and I can promise you it won't be his last! He made some great friends that he's still chatting with on Facebook. And now he wants his own horse. That might be a challenge but we're certainly going to book him for next year! He came home happy, fit and eager to do his chores. What happened?!

We will stay at Gilmore Camp, in Malibu Creek State Park. This camp is a part of the Salvation's Army Mt. Crags & Gilmore Camp & Conference Center in Calabasas http://campmtcrags.com. Located in the heart of Malibu Canyon, this camp provides life changing experiences with various activities on site in the beautiful Santa Monica Mountains. We are of course also just a short car ride away from the world famous Malibu beaches! We are 1 hr North of LAX, 2.5hr from San Diego, 5.5 hr drive from SF or Sacramento and 7.5 hrs from Reno. Since 1999, the Hamilton Area YMCA has provided recreational and social opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Through our SKOR program, participants build self-confidence and social skills, form lifelong friendships, and strive to achieve their highest potential. In addition to celebrating the achievements of our SKOR participants and sampling great food and cheer from local establishments, we will also recognize Gregg Gates as the Maurice T. Perilli Friend of SKOR. Tickets are $65.00 per person before September 21. Tickets are $75.00 per person after September 21. Through individual guidance and encouragement, they complete art projects that enhance drawing skills and are simple, fun and get great results. Come and join us for a summer filled with fun and adventure! Dont let your kids spend the summer sitting around the house with nothing to do. We will be offering new and creative activities for the kids to do this summer. Activities will include but are not limited to games, arts and crafts, science experiments, team building, cooking, sports, and swimming. Each week a different theme will be explored by the campers. Evans Summer Day Camp visits the pool twice a week, the movies once a week, and field trips every Friday. Campers have the chance to sign up for discounted swimming lessons, transportation included! All staff are CPR and First Aid certified and we are a licensed program through the state of Colorado. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Fees include activities. Participants must bring a morning snack, lunch, and an afternoon snack from home each day. Field trips are an additional cost. An e-mail will be sent to you with a parent workbook of required forms as well as a handbook of our policies and procedures. A MANDATORY Parent Meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 25th at 5:30 pm.
