Floor Ballet - Building core strength and flexibility Homer Bryants Floor ballet class includes targeted and personalized exercises to help the dancer engage and control the key muscle groups used in classical dance. Strengthening for Pointe - Building Strong Feet and Legs. The strengthening for pointe class is designed to prepare the young student for pointe work. Picking up pencils with the toes, working with thera bands, doing repetitions of releves and eleves helps to strengthen the toes, ankles, and muscles of the entire foot and leg.
