It has become the largest full-gospel camp in America reaching over 20,000 each summer. Pastors Tommy and Rachel Burchfield have dedicated over twenty-five years to building the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ. Their home and ministry headquarters is Country Camp in Columbus, Texas where gathering churches, loving pastors and networking leaders have earned them international respect. Instructor Sylvia Shanahan will guide students through step-by step techniques and demonstrations that will result in rich blended color and exciting composition and design. Participants can use their own subject matter or photographic reference and projects provided by the instructor. Camps - Discovery Camp - Recreation Center at Michelle Obma School of Techn
Participants in Discovery Camp will engage in sports, art classes, swimming lessons, open swim, movie day and weekly field trips. There will be plenty of fun had by all. Participants provide their own sack lunch, swimsuit, towel, movie concession money. Snacks, swim instruction, open swim, all classes, movie admission and field trips are included. No camp July 4. Payment Plan Terms: A $100 deposit per camper and a $10 payment plan processing fee must be paid in full at registration. Remaining camp balance must be paid in full by Monday, June 6, 2016 to attend camp. Contact Recreation & Parks Department for more information. On-line registration for camps is not available. Refund requests made prior to the start date of a program will be cheerfully given less a 5% refund fee. Based out of the Mohonk Preserve Visitor Center, campers will spend their mornings exploring and interacting with nature. Each session will have a new and exciting theme ranging from adventures with water to local animals.
