OZ Park Summer FD Baseball camp week 11 FULL DAY CAMPER - OZ Park
LPBA is pleased to announce that we have added a second baseball field to our summer camp program at OZ Park. The additional field at OZ Park will allow us to divide the kids by age and skill level. We will use Field #1 for boys and girls ages 5-7 and Field #2 for boys and girls ages 8-12. The camp experience includes a daily exercise and agility training routine followed by instructive drills including base running, pitching, defense, bunting, outfield play, infield play, batting practice and other hitting drills. LPBAs summer camp programs run from June 9 though August 29, 2014: Half day sessions from 9 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. - $175 per week Full day sessions from 9 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. - $250 per week Fridays are rain make up days Camp registration is on a weekly basis. 04 Summer Fun Camp 2 Ages 5-12 - Middle School
Camp will meet from 7:00-5:30pm on Monday and Friday; and from Noon-5:30pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Activities will include: arts and crafts, passive games, educational games, group activity games, sports, strength and conditioning, rhythms, and free play. There will be swimming from 4:00-5:00pm in the Middle School pool. Activities will be geared for children 5-12 years of age. Bring a snack, swim suit and towel. Campers should report to the HS cafeteria and enter door #29 on days that camp starts at Noon. Campers will be escorted to the MS Gym after lunch by camp counselors. When camp begins at 7:00 am campers should report to the Middle School Gym and enter through door #36 In order to register for this activity, you must first click to open the participation waiver and then place your initials in the left box to confirm that you read and agree. The camps will run Monday through Friday and each child will be coached by a member of Challengers British coaching staff flown to the U.S.A exclusively to work on these programs. In this session, SHEbot to the Rescue: Saving the World with Robots! , participants will learn how getting involved in building, programming and competing with LEGO NXT robots can lead to careers that help the world become safer, easier, and more. While having fun participant are engaged in teamwork, as well as computer programming, problem solving using math, robot engineering, design concepts, and critical thinking.
