3/12 3:00pm SEUSSICAL Audition - PYT Studios
Pre-register for a 3pm audition time for Peninsula Youth Theatres CENTERSTAGE production of "SEUSSICAL." Registration guarantees you a spot in the 3pm audition group. You must be age 8-18 or have prior executive director approval. Children must be 8 by 3/17/16 to participate. PLEASE NOTE: TO KEEP YOUR SPOT you must arrive by 2:30pm with your paperwork completed for check in and measurements. If you have not arrived by 2:45pm your spot will be given to someone on the waiting list and you will be moved to the next available audition slot. We cannot guarantee that that will be the next audition group. Students shouldnt just be playing video games, they should be MAKING their own games using video cameras, sensors, and drawings. Students even get to remix what others have done to hack their games! By learning Scratch (designed by the brilliant folks at MIT), your child will get to impress you with his or her cool and original creations. Plus, your child will be doing a good deed while gaming, as with all Level Up Village classes, 30% of the profits go towards funding a Global Partner class of students who live in poverty. Using video chatting, your child and his or her global partner will get to hack into each others games! All the while, your child will be learning about math, logic, coding and presentation skills. Waves, waves and more waves! If you are a monkey and love being in the water and riding on waves, then this week is for YOU! We will be testing our water riding skills out on as many different types of boats & boards that we can. Boogie boarding, surfing, kayaking and stand up paddle boarding. This is the ultimate water adventure, testing your core, balance and fitness. This class has been specifically designed for ages 9 – 12 years old so no experience is necessary as long as you are comfortable on and in the water. We will teach you the basics! We love our Arrowhead campers! These 2nd graders show that they are ready for all the fun activities Marinwood has to offer. Arrowhead campers can be seen exploring our local Forest, playing epic games of Capture the Flag on our field and have even known to travel over to Miller Creek to play in the giant gymnasium. When not exploring, Arrowheads like to play at our playground, take a dip in the pool or spend some chill time doing arts and crafts indoors.
