GREEN GRASSHOPPERS - Beaumont Tennis Center
Intermediates Ages 10+ Grasshoppers players are technically sound and tactically engage. Players are beginning to determine their style of play and how it matches up with other styles. This class will incorporate both singles and doubles strategy and play. sportsmanship, mental toughness, and Fitness. Point play, and fun games are taught on a 78 court using a 25-27" racquet. CAMP DETAILS Sing Your Heart Out: Disney Solos Does your child belt Let it Go from Frozen at the top of his lungs throughout your house? Does she wish she could explore the world and sing When Will My Life Begin from Tangled. If your son or daughter loves Disney musicals as much as we do, this is the camp for you! Your child will have the opportunity to sing solos from his or her favorite Disney songs and perform them at the end of the week. Singing with friends is also an option if your child prefers performing in a group. Whether solo or ensemble singing, your children will thoroughly enjoy expressing themselves through song and sing their little hearts out! Let nature inspire creativity! Each day, campers will use different media to express artistic natural themes. Different tools and techniques will be used throughout the week to create unique and original masterpieces. A variety of nature topics will be covered to add to the learning element. 4B. Summer Camp - Java Game Programming - 5 Days - Gizmos & Gadgets Kids Lab
Students will learn about project design, object-oriented programming, console applications, graphics applications and many elements of the Java language. Students will build on what they learn each day. This includes learning how to program frames, colors and programming moving objects. The week begins with simple programming until it builds by the end where students will be able to create the game of pong in Java.
