Focus on Reading with Readers Theater - St. Agnes Academy-St. Dominic School
For rising 4th- 6th grade students We can have fun AND learn as we bring words to life through dramatic play! Campers will enhance reading fluency by writing and participating in a drama together. 2016 NOVA Fishing Camp - Gunston Community Center
This week with Virginia Fishing Adventures offers campers the opportunity to learn beginner and intermediate tactics for freshwater fishing in nearby private ponds and rivers. We have access to some excellent private waters where campers are assured success. Our counselor-to-camper ratio is 1-to-5 to allow for one-on-one instructional time each day. Campers may also earn their fishing merit badge through this program. Safety is our number one priority, so campers will wear life jackets when in the water or on a boat. Virginia Fishing Adventures provides all bait and tackle, rods and reels, life jackets, and good times. Open to boys and girls ages 8-14. No experience necessary. 804-272-6362

04th 2016 Camp, Horse Lovers OVERNIGHT - Blue Point Stables
This "Horse Lovers" OVERNIGHT Camp begins on a Monday at 9:00 am and continues until Friday at 4:00 pm. Campers will be assigned a horse to ride and care for. In the larger enrollment classes, campers share assigned horses. Activities that the campers will be involved with are... Riding Lessons (generally twice a day, weather permitting) Grooming, Stall Care & Management, Equine Characteristics, Arts and Crafts, Horse Health and Welfare and Swimming Pool fun at the end of each day. Plus, making friends or renewing previous relationships with new and returning campers alike. Campers will need to bring appropriate clothing for each day, to include layered warm clothing on cooler days and rain gear when needed. Their breakfasts, lunches, dinners and drinks for each day will be provided by BPS. Daily change of clothing is recommended during the hotter weeks. Swimming is optional and up to the camper However, a bathing suit and personal beach towel is required. Meals. beginning with lunch on Monday and ending with lunch on Friday (includes all Breakfasts, Lunches & Dinners), will be provided for each overnight camper through the week. Tech Theater: Scenery and Props - The Evergreen School
A hands-on experience for those who like to be behind-the-scenes! This week is filled with design projects such as set construction, painting stage flats, and building props for our summer production of The Lion King.
