We certainly had a lot of fun playing around with the name of Camp Kupugani on the ride up. Once we got to the site for the drop off I was pleasantly surprised at how fast our boy seemed to acclimate to his new surroundings. Everyone is invited to our Kid's Life Camp Party! We want you to come celebrate with us and our Kid's Life Camp members! BBQ, bounce houses, snow cones, cotton candy and more! We'll kick off the church-wide Kid's Life Camp After Party at our 10:30 Worship Service with a musical performance by Kid's Life Day Campers and a camp slideshow. Immediately following the worship service, we'll head out back for lunch and fun for the kids!

Help us send our teens to Teen Extreme Youth Camp. Youth Outreach Ministry is hosting a teen camp in Pensacola, FL in July. Come out and join us for a fundraiser to help our teen youth. All proceeds go toward their experience.
Watauga Kid Fish & Campout - Watauga, TX
Come out to Watauga's Capp Smith Park to enjoy a fun evening with the family, fishing and camping out under the stars! Poles and bait will be provided, or feel free to bring your own. Don't forget your tent and camping gear! Fishing Derby Age Divisions: 6 & Under, 7-11, 12-16. Prizes will be awarded. We will have a few food vendors on site to purchase dinner & treats. A Free Breakfast will be provided for the overnight campers the following morning at 7:30AM. You MUST pre register for the campout by Thursday, September 16 in order to receive the free breakfast. Space is limited for breakfast. Also, the River Church will be at the event giving away free clothing!! Make sure to stop by to visit them.

World Cafe Cooking Spanish PK-5 (Friday) - Janney Elementary School
World Café is a great opportunity for our language students to increase their exposure to their target language in a fun Friday afternoon session. Children who arent studying languages at Janney but have some knowl- edge of Spanish, French, or Chinese are also welcome to participate. This session will emphasize cooking. The lessons have been chosen to make language learning fun. Our language teachers will be running the classes. This is a great way to wind down the week and practice language skills! 202-724-8950
