Spring Break Kid's Riding Camp! - Georgetown, TX
All kids up to age 18 welcome, no charge for current EquQuest horsemanship students; $250 for new students Camp dates are March 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18; 10 AM to 1 PM each day. Kid's learn to catch their own horse, tack it up, do ground work and ride (as age and confidence level appropriate). Get's them outside in sunshine and fresh air, helps them develop compassion for animals and puts them in touch with nature. Bring sunscreen, water and a snack. F-2 Simple Chemistry Labs and Activities to Teach Difficult and Important Concepts - Aurora
This will be a hands-on session where participants will perform four chemistry activities/experiments (two of the experiments will be a variation on one theme). The topics will include bonding, equilibrium, and stoichiometry. Teachers will be provided with copies of the activities to take back to their classes. In the spirit of learning together, we ask participants to bring their favorite activity/lab to share with the group (these labs will not be performed, just shared. 4v4 Tournament and Skills clinic - Greenwood Field
This camp will offer a skills clinic before breaking into teams and playing a 4v4 festival. The skills clinic will focus on individual technical skills on the ball to develop confidence while dribbling and escaping pressure from opponents. Games will be on a smaller field to help enhance decisions, speed of play and technical abilities under pressure. By condensing the space players are guaranteed to touch the ball more and learn to become better support players for their teammates. Our Junior Buffaloes Camp is designed as an introduction to the game of basketball.
