UH Campus Rec Kid's Triathlon - Houston, TX
Hey guys. We are in need of volunteers to help out at the Kid's Triathlon the university is hosting. This is a fun all day event on April 19th with several volunteer shifts to help fit your schedule! If you'd like to help make this a great experience for the young ones, please comment/post on this event telling us when you can volunteer. The shifts are: - 4:45am - 9am (this will entail mostly set up and concessions) - 9am – 1pm (concessions and help with trash pick-up during event) - 1pm – 4pm (concessions and help with trash pick-up during event) - 4pm – 7pm (concessions, tear down and help with trash pick-up during event) The more volunteers we get to help out with the event the better it helps support the club. Trail Horse Camp - - Camas Camp-n-Ranch
Adventure Horse Camp for girls wanting immerse oneself into horsemanship, horse play, trail riding and horse care as well as many other fun activities. Every girl needs a sleepover and what better way to spend the night than at the farm. Tuesday and will be a day camp from 9am - 3pm. Thursday will start at 9am and stay overnight till Friday at 3pm. Please bring to camp: Riding boots, helmet (optional) Tuesday & Wednesday bring lunch, snacks, and drinks. Thursday: Bring overnight lunch we will provide dinner. Friday: We will provide breakfast and lunch. Bring snacks to share with your fellow campers, sleepovers are always better with evening snacks. Swim, Tennis and Soccer Camp - Community Services Department - City of Palo Alto
Please sign up early for our popular tennis, soccer & swim camps held at Palo Altos Rinconada Park and Pool. Participants start each day with a tennis lesson 10-11:30am from the staff of Tennis program. Following tennis, the participates will eat with swim staff to eat from 11:30 am until 12:30 pm in the Rinconada Park. Following lunch the participates will head out to the field to engage in soccer from 12:30-2:30 pm with the Skyhawks coaching staff. After Skyhawks Soccer, the participants will head over to the Rinconada Pool where they will enjoy swimming lessons, water games and be supervised by our lifeguards. Cost includes tennis lessons, soccer lessons, entrance to recreation swim, and supervision. Participants should bring a bag lunch, tennis racket, bathing suit, sunscreen, comfortable shoes and a towel each day. Ages 8-12. Pre and Post Care will be available before and after this camp.
