Campers engage in activities that revolve around weekly themes in this full-day program. Arts and crafts, sports and games are part of the fun. In addition to their regularly scheduled morning of Old Time Favorites, campers participate in Sports Shorts Clinics, Book Club, Story Theater, Wacky Wednesday Mystery Guests, Fun Friday Activities and Barbecues. Campers in first and second grade also experience off-campus excitement with our weekly field trips. Instructional swim time at a local pool and visits to the beach are included each week. No camp July 4. LUNCH: Parker Summers campers must bring their own peanut-free bag lunches and drinks Monday–Thursday. Refrigerated facilities are not provided. FOR CAMPERS WITH JESSAMINE CHRISTIAN CHURCH GROUP ONLY. Any misplaced registrants will be removed from this session. Younger campers need a lot of reassurance and unconditional love, and that is exactly what they get at 7/11 Camp. For many kids, 7/11 Camp will be their first experience away from home. So, every action-packed 7/11 day hums with words of love and encouragement sung by a staff hand-picked for their Christ-like patience and sensitivity. Counselors coach and praise the kids while they learn and explore through games, pool activities, and much more. Each activity leads to greater confidence and character building. Counselor training builds moral and spiritual application into each and every activity session. The 7/11 leadership staff creatively share the importance of a life lived for Christ through themed events at night, 7/11 worship, nightly devotionals, and one-on-one time getting to know your child.
