BHT Camp 2016 - First Informational Meeting - Powell, OH
Hi Everyone! It's almost 2016, which means it's finally time to start preparations for this summer's camp! The first informational meeting will be on Saturday, January 9th. There will be a total of two informational meetings (the second on January 31st). If you are applying to be a full time counselor for the first time, you are required to attend at least one of the meetings. Also, keep an eye out on your emails for the counselor application that will be released soon. Can't wait to see all of you on January 9th! Wrestling Camp - Germantown Friends School
The Germantown Friends School Wrestling Camp is open to students of any ability. Our goal is to give you a dynamic week of training tailored to your ability that will help build the foundation for a great wrestling career. We provide a safe, enjoyable environment and emphasize the ethical aspects of the sport. Participants will work on techniques in the morning, including set-up actions, positions, throws, offense, counter offense, bottom, and more. Live wrestling will take place during the afternoon. The camp will be divided into two groups, junior wrestlers (grades 1 - 5) and senior wrestlers (grades 6 - 12). GFS Wrestling coach and former college wrestler Paul Hammond will not only be directing the camp, but he also will be sharing his passion for the sport he has been practicing since he was fourteen. Bus transportation is available to and from Center City for $100 provided 17 campers sign-up on or before June 1 for transportation during the week of July 5 - 8. 215-951-2384
