The AKA All Sports Camp experience is unique in its inclusion of a variety of ice sports. This year AKA is proud to announce another summer featuring the AKA Ice Sports Week - Broomball, Curling, Skating and Hockey (Week 5). Thanks to the help of the USA Broomball Association kids will receive professional instruction and understanding of the sport of Broomball. ***Equipment is necessary - all kids must wear a helmet (hockey, football, bike, etc.) to be on the ice. Featured Fieldtrip - Zero Gravity Indoor Trampoline Park FYI - The actual day camp runs from 9am-4pm though kids are welcome to get dropped off as early as 7am and picked up as late as 6pm. Prepare for SAT success! In this rigorous, half-day camp, youll learn the form and style of the test--which was completely redesigned as of March 2016-- as well as the essential content and strategies for approaching each question type on the math section of the SAT. During the week, youll learn strategies for approaching math questions that not only will help you move through the test more efficiently but will also help improve your accuracy. We will also review the essential skills and concepts you need to know from pre-algebra, algebra 1 and 2, and geometry. Youll leave this camp with the confidence and skills to make your best score yet on SAT math! Prerequisite: Common Core Math I and II or equivalent. (An SAT book will be provided.
