Students would write their own original music, and gain skills on the keyboard that allow them to become better musicians and even self-accompany! 2017 Teen Weekend - De Leon Springs, FL
Teen weekend is for youngsters age 12-17, and campers have the option to bring a friend of the same sex and approximate age. This weekend program allows for interactions amongst peer groups, as well as a learning experience for campers without diabetes. Educational sessions relating to “teen issues,” “school issues,” and “How-to-be-a-friend” are led by pediatric endocrinologists, nurses, dieticians and mental health professionals. We understand that networking and the support of a teen’s peers is critical at this age, so we provide fun and interactive activities such as a beach party, luaus, casino night, and a lot of land sports.

It's a great way for both Heritage learners and non-heritage learners to expand their knowledge of specific ethnic group from various parts of the African continent. Our goal is to foster a cultural connection to the chosen African ethnic group and enhance cultural awareness, appreciation and heritage esteem in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. All classes are taught by native speakers of the respective ethnic group. Culture camp is designed for children 6 year to 14 years and is held once a month from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm on Saturdays. Come learn and grow with us at Campapalooza I, where the participants will fill their days with team sports, art classes, swimming lessons, open swim, movie day, weekly field trips and much more! There will be plenty of fun had by all. Participants provide their own sack lunch, swimsuit, towel, and movie concession money. Snacks, swim instruction, open swim, all classes, movie admission and field trips are included. No camp on July 4th. A newly added benefit is all Campapalooza I campers will receive a complimentary 2016 Park Forest Aqua Center membership. Payment Plan Terms : A $100 deposit per camper and a $10 payment plan processing fee must be paid in full at registration. Remaining camp balance must be paid in full by Monday, June 6, 2016 to attend camp. This camp is all about getting wet! Learn about the issues surrounding water locally and around the world. Well read a variety of books about water adventures and even have a river rafting adventure of our own! Campers will explore the waterways in our Yampa River Valley and try their hands at catching aquatic insects and fish. This camp includes an overnight rafting trip with Camp Splash II students. Students will attend camp in Steamboat M-W 8:30-5PM. Leave Steamboat early Thursday morning and return Friday at 1pm. 855-426-6587

Camp SOAR (Summer Outdoor Adventure Recreation) - Eagles Camp Go on an outdoor adventure with us this summer! Enjoy swimming, nature study, sports, art, and field trip adventures while playing hard and making friends. All registrations include a camp shirt, a healthy snack, and a visit from a special guest. Heroes - Whip up some patriotic frozen yogurt, enjoy a visit from our heroes in the Police Department, and dress up as your favorite superhero for an epic game of Capture the Villan!
