CrossFit Apogee Teen Power Camp starts 6 October - Apollo Beach, FL
It's here. The CrossFit Apogee Teen Power Camp provides a fundamental fitness foundation for any high school student, scaled to anyone from first timers to high school athletes looking for structured off-season training or additional in-season work. The Teen Power Program will introduce athletes to bodyweight exercises, gymnastics, powerlifting and basic olympic weightlifting, all while under the supervision of a certified CrossFit instructor. Our program is designed to increase stamina, strength, power, endurance, coordination, balance, accuracy and flexibility in any person, all while in a team environment filled with positive people. Cost is $119 per month for children of Apogee members and $149 for children of non-Apogee members Class runs 330-430pm every Tuesday and Thursday. Interested? A portion of your fireworks purchase goes directly to sending students to camp, keeping event prices low / free at FCC's Student Ministry, and enabling students to hear the Gospel! There are a TON of places to buy fireworks for July 4, but we hope you choose to buy from FCC's Student Ministry!
Fall Barrel Bash - Stonewall, OK
For pre registration please call Regina at 405-221-7647. There will be exhibitions. The ground crew will be 3 Crosses. There wil be 1/2 split . There is a $5 arena fee for all contestants and there is a youth division. Friday exhibitions will start at 5pm and go for 2 hours. Saturday exhibitions will start at 11 am and go for 3 hours. The race will start at 2pm. There will also be a $20 entry fee for the youth group. $50 entry fee each night with 80% payback. $5 exhibitions or 5 for $20 5D competition $1000 added money each night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dance Express Camp - Jefferson County Community Center
This camp is a great way for dancers to have the opportunity to try many types of dance. Each class will begin with a warm-up stretch and flexibility workout. The, 30 minutes of each class will be dedicated to ballet technique, which is the root of all dance styles. The students will explore new styles of dance. Monday and Wednesday will be dedicated to Lyrical, Tuesday and Thursday will be dedicated to Jazz and Hip Hop. Each day the students will finish class working on a small dance piece that they will perform for parents on the last day of camp. The Afternoon Explorations Camp is much more than a place to send your child in the afternoon; this camp involves structured weeks that incorporate hands-on activities and weekly outside activities related to that weeks theme.
