I sent my 15 year old daughter to the 3 week session and she LOVED it. Which is amazing because my daughter is like many teenagers and is too cool for everything. Life Teen December Retreat
Great News!!! Life Teen will have our annual December Retreat on Dec 18-20. This is an overnight off campus retreat at the Warren Willis Methodist Camp in Fruitland Park Florida. Myself, the Core, College Core, and Priest will be gearing up for a fantastic, funifilled, Jesus weekend Life Teen style!!! So parents encourage your teens to come to this life changing weekend. An overnight Permission slip is required and the cost is $90. This covers transportation, food, lodging, and camp facilities!! As a challenge to our teens if we get 200 teens on retreat Fr. Brian will shave his beard and I will shave my head. So pass this onto any parent or teen you know. Please pray for this weekend. Teen Photo Camp: High Schoolers - Alpharetta, GA
Is your teen always snapping away? Stealing your camera? Obsessed with capturing their surroundings? Foster their creative skills at our TEEN PHOTO CAMP this summer in our Crabapple studio! Students will need a digital camera and a *genuine* desire to learn more about photography. We will offer separate sessions for middle & high schoolers in June and July. We’ll have instruction, shooting practice and fun learning activities each day in an artistic, small group environment. Each student will need to bring their digital camera, a snack, water bottle & lunch each day. All other materials will be provided, including class notes & supplies. The camp will cover the following topics : - Photographer’s Tool Kit - Essentials of Exposure (Aperture, Shutter Speed, ISO) - Camera Settings - Composition - Photography & Social Media - Lighting, Landscapes & People - Careers in Photography At the end of camp, we will have an open house showcasing our student's best work in the studio. Camp fee is $225 and is required to hold your student's place.
Camp Out for Kids 2016 Fundraiser - Chicago, IL
Get yo’ camp on and help us send kids to camp! The 2016 fundraising event welcomes over 500 guests for an evening of cocktails and small bites to ensure underserved kids have access to summer camp. Funds raised offer youth the opportunity to develop leadership skills, increase self-awareness, build self-confidence and develop meaningful, life-long relationships.
2017 Teen Weekend - De Leon Springs, FL
Teen weekend is for youngsters age 12-17, and campers have the option to bring a friend of the same sex and approximate age. This weekend program allows for interactions amongst peer groups, as well as a learning experience for campers without diabetes. Educational sessions relating to “teen issues,” “school issues,” and “How-to-be-a-friend” are led by pediatric endocrinologists, nurses, dieticians and mental health professionals. We understand that networking and the support of a teen’s peers is critical at this age, so we provide fun and interactive activities such as a beach party, luaus, casino night, and a lot of land sports.

Jump into the world of stories and soccer through this exciting camp for little ones! Each time they attend camp children will enjoy a mind-awakening story and learn the skills, moves, and joy of playing soccer. Children will have fun learning basic soccer skills like running, chasing and kicking. They will enhance listening and social skills as well as develop coordination and balance as they get their first taste of soccer in a fun and safe environment. Farm to Table - Farm Store
Farm to Table campers will work in teams throughout the week to create a variety of dishes. Their focus will be on delicious and healthy snacks, meals, and treats that highlight the produce grown at Greenacres. Campers will learn about new ingredients and review techniques relevant to the recipes they make each day, but will also have plenty of opportunities to express their creativity and customize their creations. Outside the kitchen, they will harvest some of their ingredients, explore the gardens and fields, and interact with the producers. Campers will take home an apron as well as a binder of recipes and information at the end of the week. Please note any dietary restrictions when registering. Campers should wear close toed and long hair should be pulled back. 513-891-4227

The Charlottesville Waldorf Schools Summergarden has been designed to bring your children the rhythmical structure of a Waldorf Kindergarten that allows the imagination to unfold in free play, games, crafts and a variety of artistic activities. Each day will start in the cool of the morning in our beautifully landscaped outdoor play area, where sand, water, and swings are readily available. Everyone will have the opportunity to work in one of the school gardens. As the temperature rises, the children will move to our carefully designed and air-conditioned classrooms.
