Are you growing old waiting for Teen Camp to start again??? Missing your friends?? Well you are in luck! Odyssey Teen Camp get together in Central Park, Sunday, December 4th from about 12:00-3:00! .... This feels like a really good time to connect with old and new friends and just be together for a few hours. I know many of you live too far to get to NYC for a few hours, but you will be there in spirit. We are going to meet in Central Park at a place called Arthur Ross Pinetum. It's kind of a playground, and small field, that is fenced. It's on the West side of the Park, near 84th Street and Central Park West. It will probably be chilly, so dress nice and warm. It won't be a big deal, we will hang out , eat donuts and pizza, and other healthy food options. Summer Camp Music Festival - Chillicothe, IL
We are happy to announce we will be teaming up with Summer Camp Music Festival to host an ‘Art That Feeds’ Food Drive in Chillicothe, Illinois from May 22-24, 2015. All food donations will benefit the East Peoria Area Food Bank in Peoria, Illinois. One of our very talented artist is creating a Summer Camp event poster, which will be FREE to patrons who donate 20 non-perishable food items or a suggested monetary donation. Food donations will be collected at the Conscious Alliance ‘Art That Feeds’ Gallery, which will be depicted on the Summer Camp Festival guide and map. Conscious Alliance always encourages food donations to be low-sodium and health oriented products. ORGANIC food donations are especially encouraged. RAMEN NOODLES will NOT be accepted for the free poster. Thank you for your continued support in feeding the hungry everywhere the music plays!

In On Stage: Spotlight, everyone is a star! Our two week camp is designed to allow students the opportunity to dive into performance and design/construction aspects of theatre by working on an abridged production. This year, students will perform 5-7 musical numbers with corresponding scenework from the Broadway hit, Matilda, based on Roald Dahls beloved book. Well start each day with physical, vocal, imagination & focus building warm-ups. Visual Arts Camp - Session 3 - Takoma Park Community Center
Have fun and express yourself through color, shape, drawing and design! Each session includes a new art related theme and group of art processes and activities. Sharpen your drawing skills, explore new materials and exercise your imagination with inspiring art projects. Two hours of drawing in the morning using graphite, pen and ink, colored pencils, charcoal pencils, pastels, oil pastels or conte crayon, etc. followed by two + hours of painting and/or collage and assemblage in the afternoon. Media such as watercolor painting, sumi-e, mixed media painting, texture and found - object assemblage will be explored. Art related movies, access to the game room during the day and outdoor art adventures are all included in what will certainly be a memorable summer experience. All materials included.
