The Purpose of this yoga series is to introduce teens and tweens to the practice of yoga while incorporating "mat chats" to process feelings, thoughts,and reactions to daily challenges they may face. The series is broken down for tweens and teens. Tweens ages 10-12: Aug 8th at 12:15pm to 1:15pm Teens ages 13-17: Aug 8th from 1:30pm to 3pm This series will be on both Mon and Wed with the last class held on Aug 24th.

Your West Circle Drive Hy-Vee is offering a series of cooking classes designed to teach teens (age 12-17) essential cooking skills! Each class will feature a different theme. Teens will be able to eat their creations at the end of the class. July 28th: Italian cooking: pastas and sauces Classes will be taught in our DISH classroom by the in-store dietitian and one of our talented chefs. Fees: $25 per class, due on date of registration. Satellite Prospect Camp @ East Coast - Northfield Mount Hermon School
The Satellite Prospect Camp offers boys, currently enrolled in 9th-12th grade, a positive developmental soccer environment. This camp will take place on the beautiful campus of Northfield Mount Hermon School in Gill, MA. This location provides the opportunity for prospective student-athletes in the Northeast region to train and be evaluated by the University of Michigan soccer staff. Field Players and goalkeepers will work directly with the University of Michigan mens soccer staff to experience the daily training environment of the University of Michigan mens soccer program. The camp schedule will consist of on the field training, small sided and larger sided games, strength and conditioning and lectures regarding the recruiting process with academic and athletic components.
