Teen Photo Camp - Seattle, WA
Teens Camp (ages 13-18) If your teen is looking for a fun way to spend their summer, this is it! Students wil learn beginner photography with Mirroless cameras that wil be provided to them. Creative techniques will also be introduced to help enhance their skills and imaginations! Students are required to bring their own SD card to each class. Class Schedule: 10-10:30- In class demo 10:30-11- walk to location 11-12:30- shooting on location 12:30-1- lunch 1- 1:30- walk back to classroom 1:30- 2- Printing best shots of the day Monday: Students will be introduced to their cameras and photography basics. After the presentation we will walk to the Space needle to work on composition assignments. Back in class students will print their 3 best shots of the day. Tuesday: Today we will be going over aperture priority and depth of field. Class will head over to Lake Union. On the way back to class we will introduce bokeh and students will have the chance to try changing the shape of their bokeh in South Lake Union. Mission Teen WorkCamp - Scranton, PA
Help work to repair or modify the homes of families in need with other high school students from different denominations, states across the country and walks of life. Any students who are currently in 8-12th grade may participate. Dates: The Work Camp runs June 28-July 4, 2015 Payment Schedule: There is a 50.00 deposit due at registration, then 208.50 due by March 15 and then another 208.20 by May 15. Summer Camp Cascadia 2016 - Klickitat, WA
What would it take to harness the collective wisdom, resources and desires embodied in the New Culture community? This year at New Culture Summer Camp Cascadia, we will be exploring our creative edges, expanding our comfort zone, and integrating the skills, knowledge and intuitions of participants to co-create an experience that is unique, alive, and transformational. We are inviting talented facilitators and presenters to join us in our experiment as we also open up the programming to respond directly to the desires of the group in the moment. What will arise? What will we create? What new discovery will we uncover as we practice together being fully present in our bodies and in community? WEEK 2: Ages 9-15: DESIGN YOUR OWN VIDEO GAME - SciTech Kids
Design your interactive games with different backgrounds, characters and portals then share them with your friends and publish online for fellow gamers to see. Build challenging platform levels that include traps, coins, powerups, spike and much more. Students learn STEM-focused principles: prototyping, design thinking, teamwork, trial and error and collaboration, as they develop ideas and put them into action. 212-804-7055

Campers will have fun developing skills in basketball, baseball/t-ball, flag football, soccer, tennis, and more! Campers will be divided into groups based on age and skill level.
