LATEST CAMPS NEWS: 6th - 9th grade girls: Creative Writing - Saint Marys School
During this camp week, we will have daily practice in following a process which should result in several creative writings projects. Each of the students writing projects will be evaluated. A big part of a successful creative writing class is being able to both give and receive constructive criticism; therefore, participation will be encouraged. Phyllis Monroe is a lover of anything related to language arts: words, phrases, clauses, paragraphs, essays, and formal research. Having taught all age groups- elementary, middle, and high school- she knowa that each grade/student will have different writing abilities; however, all age groups should follow basic guidelines for good writing. Creative writing can be the most enjoyable genre because the focus is less on the mechanics of capitalization and punctuation and more on choosing interesting and unique word choices which represent individual writing styles. 9194244028.0

Well, this year’s camp is themed BE THE ONE…this is a time to get to really know what it is to be close to God and know what He desires from you. There will be plenty of youth/young adult church family to bond and pray with. Its going to be an exciting time filled with fun activities such as paint-ball wars, wall climbing, zip-lining, archery, etc. But most importantly, get to know God more deeply and experience the presence of God. East Stroudsburg University Football and First and Goal Sports Youth F
This will be a fundamental camp with position specific drills as well. Athletes will have an opportunity to learn one position or multiple positions. We will teach basic tackling, blocking and ball handling techniques at the start of the clinic. Remember college and pro atheltes practice fundamentals every day! We will also teach some basic speed and agility drills. All form tackling will be done on practice dummies. There is no live tackling of other players and no equipment is needed. Our staff will consist of college coaches and current or former college players. Do not be fooled the staff is the best in the youth coaching business! The coaches will be teaching the most up to date football techniques out there. Do not wai,t sign up by February 1st and save $25!!!!
