This camp focuses on Christian faith and horses; two of my Daughter's favorite things
I was excited to find this camp for my 12 year old daughter. She is naturally a quiet child, but she loves horses. This camp helped her stretch outside her comfort zone as she socialized with other children who also shared her love of horses. She couldn’t stop telling us how she explored the prairie on horseback. Are you growing old waiting for Teen Camp to start again??? Missing your friends?? Well you are in luck! Odyssey Teen Camp get together in Central Park, Sunday, December 4th from about 12:00-3:00! .... This feels like a really good time to connect with old and new friends and just be together for a few hours. I know many of you live too far to get to NYC for a few hours, but you will be there in spirit. We are going to meet in Central Park at a place called Arthur Ross Pinetum. It's kind of a playground, and small field, that is fenced. It's on the West side of the Park, near 84th Street and Central Park West. It will probably be chilly, so dress nice and warm. It won't be a big deal, we will hang out , eat donuts and pizza, and other healthy food options. I may have new long sleeved t-shirts to give you if your willing to do a little social media marketing for camp. Feel free to bring along any friends. Animal Care Experience Camp - Humane Society of West Michigan
This hands on camp gives campers an in-depth look at dogs, cats and small animals. Have some doggone fun in the morning with the Delightful Dog session or come for a purrfect time in the afternoon with Fun Felines and Crazy Critter session. Pure Ball Striking - One Day Summer Series - Weisfeld Family Golf Center
Campers will have an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of good ball striking and tee shots from lead instructor, Coach Pumford. Campers will utilize Trackman Golf Radar Systems along with V1 camera systems. Each camper will get an assessment of their game and a personalized improvement plan. Students construct their own reality! The Geometers Sketchpad computer software provides opportunity to explore the world of Geometry through dynamic constructions. Children literally build their own mathematical system using simple tools… right on the computer. It takes the compass and straightedge, used years ago, to a whole new level! No previous math experience required—if your child can use a mouse, then he/she can use Geometers Sketchpad. By the end of the week, students will know how to make their own custom tools, create cool animations, and boost their math skills as well!
