Taylored Athletes Summer Basketball Camp - Grandview Preparatory School
In 2015, our summer basketball camp program received great appreciation for our in-depth and intense basketball skill development regiment. The boys & girls who attended enjoyed a 1:9 trainer/camper ratios. Current NBA player Alonzo Gee provided teaching and instruction to youth, and our athletes reported a 40% increase in endurance, shooting efficiency, ball-handling, and confidence. Camp: Robotics Using LEGO WEDO - PACE Center
Build and program robots in this introductory robotics class using the LEGO® WeDo system. Learn basic programming skills, simple engineering concepts, and the names of robot components. Work in small groups to complete several projects using tilt and motion sensors. SJC - Performs - Session I - SJC Long Island
For the week of July 5th, there is no class on July 4th. When adding Before Care, After Care, or Lunches, you will select additional quantities to cover the full 3 weeks as needed. Theres something for every young theater artist this summer at SJC! Boys and girls entering 3rd through 8th grade will be divided by age to learn a broad range of performance skills, including acting, singing, and dance. Campers will continue to challenge their imaginations with classes in improvisation, playwriting, and production design. Our professional staff of New York theater artists and educators will lead the groups through creative exercises to build an ensemble where every camper gets the chance to shine! Both of our 3-week camp sessions culminate in a unique performance showcase open to family and friends.
