Our Camp program is extremely comprehensive covering: compulsory and optional skills, basics, dance, strength, and flexibility. Our camps are designed for all gymnasts, from beginner to elite. Our day camp can accommodate all gymnasts over the age of 6. Our student to coach ratio of 8 to 1, ensures that your child will have a great experience with some of the best club and collegiate coaches from around the country. Campers train in the renovated Ford Center Gym. We have added a 50ft Tumble Track, in ground tramp and a new loose foam bar pit. Children with intellectual and developmental disabilities enjoy summer camps as well as anyone else does. My 10 year old son is intellectually delayed. He looks forward to this camp every summer. In fact, he keeps asking us how many days until camp? He likes to swim, make crafts, sing and learn new skills at summer camp. About Sign your child up for a fun filled week of cheerleading with the NYS Express Cheer Team and coaches. We will be teaching a variety of skills and drills including motions, jumps, stunting, sideline cheers and tumbling. In addition to skills we will play exciting cheer games, decorate/create bows to take home and compete for the lucky cheer stick! Participants will also go home with a camp tee shirt. The Discovery Kids Camp is offered in nine sessions. Each session is one week in duration, with various themes and activities every day. Guard Basics is the first of 3 programs under the Guard Development Series. Designed to help athletes develop the skills needed for a guard to be successful, both mentally and physically. Guard Basics will focus on Guard role and responsibilities, ball handling, passing, change of direction, bait and pass, shooting, etc. Each player will understand spacing, handling pressure and attacking the rim. Once players complete this program they will be able to enroll in the second program under the Guard Development Series - Playing the Position. Program consists of 6 - 1 hour sessions. Once Upon a Dance- Storytelling and Creative Movement Camp - Horizons K-8 School
Weaving creative movement, dance, sensory exploration and play through tales of magic foxes, clever maidens, and dragons. This camp is a full body experience of storytelling and expression! Beginning from "once upon a time" Rachel Ann will lead children through interactive traditional stories that will take them long ago, far away and bring them back happily ever after.
