This class is all about exploring the art of textiles, from felting to weaving to mixed-media projects. Choose your colors, create a pattern and construct felted fabric from wool roving, then turn it into an impressive bag to hold your treasures. Well also weave wall hangings with yarn, raffia, feathers and other miscellaneous items, and learn to braid intricate patterns into friendship bracelets. 970.728.3886

This fun filled camp is intense and filled with training that is unique to this event. Learn knife and star throwing, Krav Maga, Combat Weapons, Team Sparring, ATA Xtreme, Team Building Drills and a lot more. We finish the training on Saturday night with a huge bonfire and smores! It is guaranteed to be one of the best events of the year and is open to ages 12 and above. Cost: $249 for 1st familymember, $199 for 2nd + (cost covers food and lodging)

It’s my new year!”–Spirit Quest Teen Camper Spirit Quest for Teens is for 13-17-year-olds, who are moving into young adulthood and who need a safe, nurturing place to reflect on where they have been, where they are going and who they are becoming. Camping together, teens develop deep connections to their selves, their peers, their elders and Nature through --council circles, --team-building games, --nature-awareness activities and hikes, --poetry and art --movement and improv --drumming and journeying --sharing in meal preparation --solo time in nature --fire ceremonies and sweat lodges --mediation and yoga Life-long friendships are formed or deepened; issues of self-esteem and soul work are explored with a true honoring of each teen’s unique path. Teens are invited to camp for the whole week, beginning on Sunday afternoon and ending Saturday at noon to allow for more time together. Centered around the conveniences of the Pacific Pines Camp in Crestline in the San Bernardino Mountains campers experience exciting games, great campfires activities each evening, awesome crafts, delicious food, and swimming are available. In addition to the normal camp activities every boy who comes to adventure camp gets to master an adventure skill like Canoeing, Marksmanship (archery and BB guns), or Outdoor Living. This year we are preparing a special Fourth of July celebration to enjoy the birth of our country. With our small group approach to camp ministry Adventure camp also provides a great place for each camper to spend quality time investigating Gods Word and coming to know Jesus Christ and His good news better.
