Camps are structured as followed; (age group appropriate) athletic development & conditioning untilizing calisthenics, medicine balls, bands, plyometrics, kettle bells, battle ropes, barbells, etc and multi-directional speed; dynamic running and technique, linear and lateral acceleration and deceleration, lateral shuffle, change of direction, cross over, retreatng skills, cutting, mistake recovery, and lots more. LCMMs boating safety course is an intense overview of boating skills including paddling, rowing, sailing and powerboat operations. Well learn everything from docking techniques to man overboard exercises.
