Kid's Summer Camp-UFC Gym Fayetteville - Fayetteville, AR
Children grades 1st and up are welcome to join us in the first annual Ultimate Fitness Clinic. This summer camp will teach discipline, self-respect, respect for others, and overall wellness all in a UFC fitness inspired class. Kids will learn valuable life disciplines and the importance of physical fitness and healthy nutrition. Each Winter Uprising Faceoff Days will consist of warm ups, presentation and group practice of specific Elite faceoff techniques as well as real time faceoffs. Elite Faceoff techniques will include footwork, stance, hand position, primary move, counter move, GB play, wing play, stick work, and shooting instruction, etc. Individual player observation and instruction will occur throughout. Clinic will conclude with a skill appropriate king of the hill.
