Each Winter Elite Faceoff Days will consist of warm ups, presentation and group practice of specific Elite faceoff techniques as well as real time faceoffs. Elite Faceoff techniques will include footwork, stance, hand position, primary move, counter move, GB play, wing play, stick work, and shooting instruction, etc. Individual player observation and instruction will occur throughout. Clinic will conclude with a skill appropriate king of the hill. JumpStart Kids & Teens Camp - Medina, OH
CrossFit HighGear offers two JumpStart camps to choose from! KIDS CAMP runs from June 6 - 10 while TEEN CAMP runs from June 13 - 17 both from 10 am - noon. Registration includes a t-shirt and daily snack! Campers will participate in a strength and conditioning program that combines gymnastics, body-weight calisthenics and weightlifting elements. Participants learn to move their bodies and move them well, making them fitter and more resilient day to day. We focus on quality of movement before we push intensity. Middle School "Budding Stars" Tennis Camp - The Prairie School
A limited number of students who love the game and are willing to work will be enrolled in this class. Students must be entering grades 5 through 8 unless approved by an instructor. Half of the class is instruction and drills, and the other half is supervised play. Again this year, we are excited to offer supervised match-play on Friday mornings, included in the weekly class fee! -- All classes are held on the Prairie School tennis courts, and class sizes are limited. The primary instructor for tennis is Nich Schafer. Private lessons are also available.
