Ahoy ye pirates and mermaids! Join the Captain and his crew as we spend a week with the pirates and mermaids. Each day, campers will read about both pirates and mermaids and engage in themed crafts. Have fun painting seashells, decorating pirate masks and even walking the plank. On Friday, bring your bathing suit, towel and a change of clothes because we will be splashing around in the sprinkler with the mermaids! Summer Junior Golf Camps - The Landings at Spirit Golf Course
The Landings at Spirit Golf Club has offered junior golf instruction for the past 16 years and PGA Director of Instruction Don Gorin has been instructing juniors for over 22 years. The facility will continue to provide trained and experienced instructors to help promote a lifetime sport. Our camps consist of range instruction on the full swing, short game, and on-course playing, while learning course etiquette and the rules of the game. Each camp session will have a maximum of 8 students per class and a minimum of 4. This will ensure plenty of individual instruction. We want each of our campers to experience a fun and enjoyable time while learning the proper way to play the game of golf. 314-954-7407

Each day focuses on a specific topic, such as marine mammals, marine birds, invertebrates, fish, and the marine environment. Students will explore the different environments on campus, search for dolphins and manatees in the waters adjacent to Eckerd College, identify birds and other creatures they see, get acquainted with critters in our touch tank and learn specifics in the classroom through discussions, presentations, and crafts. 727-864-8288
