LATEST CAMPS NEWS: Titus Strength Training Boys/Girls - Sanford Day Camp
Titus Speed-Strength training system and programming focuses on increasing an athletes total body explosiveness, ability to run faster, jump higher, throw further, increase change of direction efficiency and improve speed endurance. The camp will focus on mobility/flexibility, agility, balance, reaction speed and coordination for young athletes. Most exercises use the athletes own body weight or light resistance. Resistance training exercises are safe and fundamental in nature and focus on maintaining posture and positioning throughout the full range of motion. This is a great program for building any young athletes fitness and training base. ---------- LOCATION: Sanford School. Please drop your child off at the Sports Center at 8:45 a.m. Pick up will be in the same location at 3:15. Campers will be transported to the Titus™ Center. ---------- WHAT TO BRING: Light-weight, loose fitting shirts, shorts, socks and sneakers. Water Bottle Bathing suit and towel for free swim in the afternoon. Lunch, unless purchasing from Camp. ($35.00/per week) A drink will be provided for all by the Camp. An afternoon icy treat will be served. ---------- At the end of Sport/Specialty Camp registration, you can register your child for Day Camp at: 610-565-4850

Youth Summer Boot Camp - Nolensville, TN
Boot camp Specifics: Advanced horsemanship with an emphasis in ground skills training, barrels, poles, jumping, trails, and obstacle competitions. Create a lake in a bottle, jump in to the science of sports, and let your nose be your guide on a trail of scents. A week of hands-on experiments will increase your understanding of our good ship Earth. Learn how animals are camouflaged and go on the hunt for scents and tracks as you take a walk on the wild side of science. Dissect owl pellets and build a strong structure to crawl inside. We will look at it all from nature to pollution to sports to animals.
