After Camp Care for KidSport the week of 6/27 - 7/1. Parents/guardians come into school to sign out and pick up camper. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- KidSport offers children the opportunity to learn and refine non-competitive sport-specific, team building and social skills. The activities are age appropriate and developed by experts in childrens physical education. KidSport is staffed by certified teachers as well as physical education and education majors focused on providing a first-rate experience for your kids! My daughter is 13 and enjoyed this camp. The camp encourages community service for children entering grades 7–10. The goal of this camp is to raise youth to become responsible adults. ACT-OUT! Acting School proudly announces Our Seventh Annual Youth Summer Camp and Production of "Tom & Huck!" The Story of Tom Sawyer & Huckleberry Finn (all roles in "Tom & Huck!" are open, and may be cast to actors of any age 3-18, any race, or any gender). Since 2007, Act-Out! has been providing Bay Ridge & the Greater Brooklyn Area with world-class acting instruction at very affordable prices. We have served students of all ages and levels of experience, from beginners to Broadway veterans. Led by NYS-Certified drama teacher and Award-winning actor John Stillwaggon (see below for brief biography), students learn physical and vocal preparation, improvisation, line memorization, stagecraft, action/obstacle work, as well as character and scene analysis. Students and parents have reported vast improvements not only in acting ability, but in such life skills as conflict resolution, goal-setting, teamwork, discipline, memory, and self-esteem. At the close of the two-week camp (students meet for four hours each weekday), the student ensemble performs a full-length, original theatrical production. Saint Marys Athletic Camps - Saint Marys Athletic Camps
The year 2015 will mark the 48th year that Saint Marys College will be offering outstanding Athletic Summer Camps to children between the ages of 6-18. Saint Marys was one of the first institutions in Northern California to offer residential day camps specializing in athletics. Nestled in the plush Moraga Valley, Saint Marys College is one of the most picturesque campuses on the West Coast. Our summer camps provide a convenient location. Children have the luxury of having camp right in their own backyard or may have a chance to get away for a true camp experience as a resident camper and live like college students, with a roommate, in spacious resident halls. These accommodations and most camps are complemented by delicious meals served by Sodexho Services. This distinguished food service provides a buffet with a variety of healthy and nutritious foods. Saint Marys College is very fortunate to have some of the finest collegiate coaches in the area. Each head coach selects and trains his/her own staff of top level coaches and collegiate players. Boys Adventure camp has been providing adventure and fun for boys for more than 40 years. Parents say they love Adventure camp because their boys come home having learned Biblical principles they can apply in every day life. Spend one week at adventure Camp and you will leave with new friends, great memories and a closer walk with Jesus. Centered around the conveniences of the Pacific Pines Camp in Crestline in the San Bernardino Mountains campers experience exciting games, great campfires activities each evening, awesome crafts, delicious food, and swimming are available. In addition to the normal camp activities every boy who comes to adventure camp gets to master an adventure skill like Canoeing, Marksmanship (archery and BB guns), or Outdoor Living. This year we are preparing a special Fourth of July celebration to enjoy the birth of our country. With our small group approach to camp ministry Adventure camp also provides a great place for each camper to spend quality time investigating Gods Word and coming to know Jesus Christ and His good news better.
