Get the Part! Teen Acting Camp - OCS Arts Center
Learn techniques to create a truthful and dynamic monologue performance. Campers will discover their acting niche and prepare a monologue that will let a director envision them in the role they seek. They will add to their bag of acting tools as they learn different methods of acting and which one works for them. This camp will incorporate drama games and improv. Instructor: Teresa Boling This camp may be combined with: 2-D Media Camp, Combined Cost: $340 OR What happens when a Divergent Maze Runner attends Vampire Academy? Adapted Bike Camp - Forsythe Middle School
This summer, LightUp is pleased to be partnering with the Ann Arbor Public School Recreation & Education Department to bring an exciting new bike camp to Ann Arbor. This camp gives individuals with special needs the thrill of independently riding a two-wheel bicycle. Developed by iCan Shine Inc., this program is offered through a 5-day summer camp. Camp runs during the week of June 27th for 75 minutes per day, there are 5 sections of camp to choose from. Monday- Friday , 75 minutes per day. This summers (2016) camp is geared specifically to the needs of youth diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder. To apply, complete an application with the Ann Arbor Public School Recreation and Education Department. LightUp will provide a limited number of scholarships to families who may qualify based on financial need. Follow this link to apply to LightUps financial scholarship.
