Southern Region Teen Leadership Conference - Crossville, TN
The Southern Region 4-H Teen Leadership Conference (SLTRC) is scheduled for September 24-27, 2015, at the Clyde M. York 4-H Center in Crossville. This event is open to senior 4-H members (9-12 grade as of January 1, 2015). SLTRC is an outstanding opportunity to help youth develop leadership skills, citizenship skills and help them find opportunities to put those skills to use in their community. The registration fee for this conference is $180.00 which includes lodging, meals and a t-shirt.

Science in the City Camp, Session II - Francis W Parker
Science in the City Camp provides students with a full week to explore a science topic alongside passionate faculty. Science in the City courses will activate campers imaginations as they are encouraged to invent, engage and explore. Using Chicago as a resource, campers will connect science activities with everyday life. See options for specific course offerings each week. LUNCH: Science in the City campers must bring their own peanut-free bag lunches and drinks each day. Refrigerated facilities are not provided. An insulated lunch box with an ice pack is recommended. Specialty Basketball Camp - NHTI, Concords Community College
23rd annual Boys and Girls Grade 5-11 basketball camp traditional style with day, extended or overnighth options Camp begins on Sunday with check-in and registration from 12-1. Camp starts for all campers at 1:15. Day Campers should be at the camp on Sunday from 12-5. Monday - Thursday from 8-5. Camp ends for all campers on Thursday at 4:15 pm. The Specialty Basketball Camp was created in response to the need for a more disciplined learning program in the New England area. This camp is an intense session of teaching and practicing the game of basketball. Our camp emphasizes skills, preparation, and traditional aspects with our Positive Teaching Style. Experienced instructors will build on each players foundation of knowledge and skill and introduce our Advanced Techniques to play the game. This summer-long program allows students who enjoy shooting the 3-D targets a chance to shoot at a variety of different clubs throughout the summer.
