CBC Teen Retreat - Waxahachie, TX
Our Annual CBC Teen Retreat is scheduled. ! We will be staying at Lakeview Camp in Seymour, IN. Cost is $50 per person, which includes everything (food, lodging, travel & activities).

It's here! The Fall edition of our Teen Power Camp provides a fundamental fitness foundation for any high school student, scaled to anyone from first timers just trying to get into shape to high school athletes looking for structured off-season training or additional in-season work. The Teen Power Program will introduce athletes to bodyweight exercises, gymnastics, powerlifting and basic olympic weightlifting, all while under the close supervision of a certified CrossFit instructor. Our goal is to teach local Teens how to safely and efficiently move their body and external objects (bars, kettlebells, medicine balls, etc) through space, dramatically improving body composition and improving athletic ability in anyone. Our program is designed to increase stamina, strength, power, endurance, coordination, balance, accuracy and flexibility in any person, all while in a team environment filled with positive people. Every workout is scaled to ANY teens capacity. Teens must be at least 13 years of age and emotionally mature. Cost is $119 per month for children of Apogee members and $139 for children of non-Apogee members Class runs 330-430pm every Tuesday and Thursday. Interested? CAMP DETAILS Musical Theater: Featuring Songs from Wicked Get ready to defy gravity at our full day, wonderfully wicked summer camp! In addition to playing fun theater games that foster creativity, self expression and teamwork, students will learn and choose their favorite songs from the smash hit musical like Popular, Dancing Through Life and Defying Gravity. Working alongside one of our professional teaching artists students will rehearse their songs in addition to writing scenes to create their very own mini musical adaptation. Students will create a school newspaper that may include sections such as jokes/riddles, short stories, poems, other types of creative writing, student led staff interviews, school news/events, illustrations, etc. The end result will be a published newspaper that the students will administer to the student body and staff. 609-298-6900

2016 San Clemente State Junior Lifeguards - San Clemente State Beach
The San Clemente State Junior Lifeguard Program emphasizes Teamwork, Leadership, and Aquatic Safety while introducing young people to safe marine and aquatic recreation opportunities. The program is designed to provide quality water safety education while improving young peoples physical conditioning, their understanding and respect for the environment, and their respect for themselves, their parents, and their peers.
