Summer Camp '16 is just around the corner, don't hesitate to invest in your future, so get registered today. Jr. Camp dates will be July 11-13, ages 8-12. Registration will be $75 and the deadline is July 1st. Any registration received after July 1st will be $100. Our theme this year is "Defenders of the Kingdom". Our camp speaker is Kari Lineberry, she will not disappoint and your kids will leave rejuvenated. Sr. Camp dates will be July 13-16, ages 13-18. Registration will be $150 and the deadline is July 1st. Any registration received after July 1st will be $175. Our theme this year is "Losing my Religion". Our camp speaker will be Isaiah Johnson, his ability to relate with kids will bring a great perspective and your students lives will never be the same. Pocket Brick Monsters (32449P) - Cary Academy
Embark on a journey where you not only train Pokemon® but build wild Pokemon® creatures with LEGO® Bricks and Technic® elements in your quest to become a Pokemon® Master! Divide into teams and build Dratini, Pikachu, and Poke Balls as well as cool crafts where you can build Pokemon® to take home! Creating, capturing and battling are the order of the day. Bring your own Pokemon® trading cards for play and trade at the end of each day. Please note that video game play is not part of this camp. Maple sugaring adventure! - Common Ground
Maple sugaring: February and March are sugaring season in Connecticut! The sap flows strongly on sunny mornings when it is just above freezing. Hopefully we will catch a sap run and taste some sap right from the tree! We will check out the Sugar Shack and see where the sap is boiled into syrup, make and eat some maple treats, and explore the forest for signs of spring. ********************************************************** Who: these classes are for children of all ages with a parent or caregiver (no drop-off option available for winter classes). Program fee: $15 for the first child ages 3 and up, $10 for each additional child (ages 3 and up). The sibling discount will be applied automatically when you register online. Adventure Day Camp - Meineke Recreation Center (MRC)
This fun-filled Monday-Friday camp is designed for your child to take part in eleven weeks of recreational activities, swimming, field trips and more. Camp is held out of the Meineke Recreation Center, 220 East Weathersfield Way. Extended care is also offered for an additional fee. Campers are asked to bring a sack lunch and suit everyday, unless specified. Parents will receive a detailed camp calendar prior to the start of camp.
