Well be learning how to and using the laser cutter for structure, 3D printer for furniture and features, electronic elements for lighting or elevators or… whatever else your child can dream up for their futuristic house. This class will focus on design, prototyping, craftsmanship, and creativity to produce the models, whether elaborate or sleek. This 68 year old camp is designed for children from 2nd grade to 11th grade. The camp has a strong Jewish heritage which influences the activities they offer. My 12 year old son enjoys the friendly staff and the fun activities. He has grown in confidence while discovering who he is in relation to the community at large. Sports Teen Camp - Brandon, FL
Campers ages 15 to 18 try out different sports and learn teamwork and gain independence in diabetes care. The campers stay at Rotary’s Camp Florida, in Brandon and bus to different venues each day. Activities are under the direction of various college coaches or certified instructors and include martial arts, volleyball, soccer, water skiing, golf, basketball, tennis, and softball. Planned night activities include roller skating, bowling, and a night at Tropicana Stadium watching the Devil Rays.
