LATEST CAMPS NEWS: Cool Creations Camp - The Mandell School
At Cool Creations, each week of camp is dedicated to a different STEM project that is both fun and engaging. Campers explore and tackle a variety of situations and use their math and general problem-solving skills to address them. Through projects like designing a playground, rocket building, crafting video games and programming their own robots, students will experience what it would be like to be an architect, aerospace engineer, industrial engineer, and video game programmer. Every day campers also have ample opportunity to do the things that are typically done in a summer camp such as swimming, field trips, sports, games and other fun physical activities. TEEN/TWEEN CAMP: flower power - Saint Petersburg, FL
You asked – we listened! We’re debuting 5 mini-camp sessions designed specifically for the “older kiddos!” These camps focus on fun and skill building over 3 consecutive afternoons of concentrated creation – allowing time for larger projects and deeper investigation of themes hand picked from customer recommendations! These camps run from 1-4 in the afternoon and are designed for students in 5th grade and up. Early bird registration rates are $75 for 1 mini camp, $100 after May 15. August 2-4: FLOWER POWER – Power to the petals! During this camp you’ll be learning the basics of flower arranging and creating artworks inspired by flowers.

Teen Cooking Camp: Session 5 - Rochester, MN
Your West Circle Drive Hy-Vee is offering a series of cooking classes designed to teach teens (age 12-17) essential cooking skills! Each class will feature a different theme. Teens will be able to eat their creations at the end of the class. August 11th: Create your own recipe! Classes will be taught in our DISH classroom by the in-store dietitian and one of our talented chefs. Fees: $25 per class, due on date of registration. Cheerleading - Norfolk Christian Schools
Come out and learn Cheerleading under the direction of an multi award winning coach and NCS Varsity squad. Coach Amanda Beery has led her team to FCC National Championships, coached girls to win Individual and Team performance awards. During this week of camp campers will learn skills that emphasize proper form and as well as safety. Stunting: Starting with low-level skills such as thigh stands and progressing to semi-advanced stunts. Tumbling: Cartwheels, handstands and round offs. Those with a solid tumbling background will work on back handspring technique. Motions: Learn all motions and the names for each arm placement with a focus on sharp and properly executed technique. Cheers: Cheers will be taught to the participants, implementing the skills learned at camp Dance: A dance will be taught utilizing the needed to excel in cheer dance. The Elephants Child - The Georgetown Palace Theatre
Children the whole world round have delighted to the telling and re-telling of Rudyard Kiplings beloved story of how the Elephants child got his trunk. This charming musical adaptation perserves much of Kiplings clever text with its fascinating word rhythms and oral imagery, while five original songs capture the mystery and humor of Elephants childs exciting adventure down the "Great Grey-Green Greasy limpopo River". Costumes, dance, and wonderful dialogue mixed with the these great songs will give our youngest actors a spectacular time creating a mini-musical for family and friends while learning how to work as a team. One Week Swim Camp, Session 2 - Bolles San Jose Campus
The Bolles One Week Swim Camp is a technique oriented camp that incorporates the Bolles training method and philosophy. At the One Week Camp swimmers will be challenged physically while learning to improve both their technical and mental approaches to swimming. Campers will arrive on Sunday and depart on Friday. During this camp swimmers will work with the World Class Bolles Coaching Staff and Bolles swimmers. This camp is designed for competitive swimmers ages 9 - 13 as of June 1, 2016. 904-256-5071
