Outdoor Youth Day - West Palm Beach, FL
(FSCA) Florida Sportsmen's Conservation Association 16th Annual Outdoor Youth Day Our Annual event is scheduled for February 6,2016 at the Everglades Youth Camp in J W Corbett WMA. We are expecting over 1,500 children of all ages to come and enjoy various activities. In an effort to reduce the increasing decline of our children's interest in the outdoors, FSCA has created an Outdoor Youth Day. Outdoor Youth Day is a Program specifically designed to educate children to many different recreational activities available in our natural areas but munch more importantly have some fun outdoors. This is the 16th Annual Outdoor Youth Day event and It’s FSCA biggest day of the year. Youth Day has buggy rides, canoeing, pony rides, airboat rides and displayed, archery, gun range instruction, fishing and wildlife shows to reach kids of all ages and show them the benefits of being outdoors instead of in front of a TV. Last years annual event had over 1,200 participants that came and over 150 volunteers that worked the whole day. Please call Caroll at 561 795-1375 for more information.

Let your inner artist loose as you explore different ways to be creative. From watercolor, sculpting and sketching to music, theater and dance, youll try a little bit of everything. Take a trip to Balboa Park to see what San Diegos museums have to offer. Work on badges, sing and play games with your fellow campers. Cookie Eligible. 619-610-0821

Kids Dojo Mountain Bike Summer Camp - Offsite
Kids Dojo premier mountain bike programs Summer Camp A summer camp program designed to get kids riding! Well ride a variety of local mountain biking trails, and work on specific skills at a local bike pump track. Your child will learn trail safety and courtesy, how to handle different terrain, the art of cornering and managing obstacles, and much more! Bike Dojo will help your child build confidence and hone skills in a fun, safe environment. This class is appropriate for all levels (students will be grouped by ability level following the first day). Class meets at Scotts Valley Cycle Sport, 203 Mount Hermon Road. Students are dropped off at 9:00am and picked up at 4:00pm. Students will be transported via our safe and insured Dojo Bike vans to trail locations. Bikes can be provided upon request with 48 hours of first day of class ( MUST CALL BIKE DOJO AT 831-713-5475). Please bring snacks, helmets, gloves and water each day (camelbacks preferred). This 2 week introductory robotics program uses the Lego NXT Robotics framework to introduce students to engineering and technology ideas. Students will build a sample of simple robots to solve problems with real world applicability. On the last day of the program students host a robotics competition, which parents and family are encouraged to attend. Students can choose to enroll for 1 or 2 weeks. 347-630-1921

In this class, guided by GMLS art teacher Victoria Polyak, students will explore various art forms - drawing, painting, printmaking, cartooning, and sculpture. Children will learn about composition, value, color and will create a beautiful portfolio of artworks to treasure. This class includes all art supplies!
