Tae Kwon Do Camps 2016 Each day campers will participate in one of the following themes; Ninja Camp, Demo Team, Sparring and Kicks & Tricks. Ninja Camp - Focuses on balance, focus and extreme movements. Demo Team - Students will learn the key tools for developing the proper physical and mental attitude. Sparring - Using fast twitch muscles, combination kicks, pivoting and changing stances. Join in as we suds things up with wet-felting, get down and dirty in clay or turn up the psychedelic vibes with some tie-dye! Campers should bring lunch, drinks and two snacks (due to allergies, please make sure all food is peanut free) PFACs camps are led by one teaching artist per 12-15 students with assistance from Camp Counselors.
