The Perfect Vacation
I have to admit that when we dropped our son off at Camp Kentahten my husband and I were a little bit jealous. We had planned our own mini-vacation to coincide with our son's summer camp stay but we were going to my parents. I would much rather stay at one of those gorgeous lakefront rooms. Alive Kid's Camp - McKinney, TX
Kid's Camp is just around the corner for kids ages 8-12. We will be headed to the district camp this year, called Alive Kid's Camp. We are looking forward to meeting kids from other churches, having life-changing spiritual experiences during the services, and lot of fun activities during the day. Daytime activities will include: swimming, lake activities, paddleboats, ziplining, rock climbing wall, and messy team games. Ms. Pleasance will be leading our youngest students to develop physically, social and emotionally, all while using their bodies. We will integrate stories, music, and yoga. Students will learn how to express and communicate in various ways, while having FUN! Each child will have opportunities for expression with stretching, movement, creativity, and play. Skyhawks Tennis Camp - City of Mukilteo Recreation
In Skyhawks tennis programs, players learn proper grips, footwork, strokes, volleys and serves during a series of drills designed to teach skills in a fun and dynamic way. Athletes also learn the rules and etiquette that make tennis an exciting game. Due to limited court space, these programs fill quickly. participants should bring racquet, appropriate clothing, two snacks, a water bottle, running shoes, and sunscreen.
