Rookie Camp is a four-day, three-night mini-session designed for first time campers as an introduction to the camp and preparation for a full length Camp Jack Hazard session. Campers will try all of the activities available to Resident Campers, including: games, campfires, camp programs and an on-site overnight where theyll have the opportunity to sleep under the stars without leaving CJH grounds. The emphasis in Craniosacral Therapy is to help resolve the trapped forces that underlie and govern patterns of disease in both body and mind.
